Breaking free from the chains that bind us....

Creativity is an essential capability to design. But fear often gets in our way. As children we started out with very little fear and few inhibitions. However, school and the modern workplace have as Sir Ken Robinson puts it “stigmatized mistakes.” He goes on to proposes, “If you are not prepared to be wrong, you will never come up with anything original.” Original custom designs are exactly what we need to change our organizations and achieve sustainable high performance.
