This panel described current research initiatives on performance excellence sponsored by the Monfort Institute at the University of Northern Colorado. Specific research included: a study on motivation, organizational learning, and leadership from the CEO perspective; development of survey instruments for self-assessment and MBNQA model testing; leadership succession in award recipients; and content analysis of award feedback reports (opportunities for improvement).
