The subject of integrity has received considerable attention lately due to what seems to be several note worthy incidents of senior executives, who based on their behavior, appear to have a lack of integrity. So, my question: What exactly is integrity and why does it matter? This subject came up several months ago at a breakfast meeting that I attended so I developed a mind map of what I thought were key aspects of integrity.
