A 2004 recipient of the prestigious award, Monfort College of Business professors have closely studied other award recipients to understand how organizations maintain gains that take them to the next performance level and stay competitive. Latham said a great place to start to achieve sustainable transformation is developing a custom leadership "system" beginning with the individual leader and leadership behaviors.
