Beckhard’s Change Formula

Are you dealing with a change initiative that has stalled? If so, chances are one (or more) of the variables in Beckhard’s formula is the problem. Beckhard's Change Formula presented in this paper is adapted slightly from the original. I would like to thank Sandy Mobley the founder of the Learning Advantage for introducing me to this formula several years ago.
