Welcome to my library of online resources. The resource library is composed of several collections including books, papers, presentations, and videos. In addition, there is a section on the materials I used at the University of Trieste in Italy. The resources are derived from my leading transformation and management design research, practice, and teaching. Explore and enjoy!
The most common medium of an academic is the peer-reviewed paper. I think of my papers as “letters” to my colleagues. They describe my research and thinking at a particular point in time. The papers section includes a variety of my research, commentary, practice, and perspectives papers on topics related to leadership, design, sustainability, performance excellence, and research. | Visit the Paper Collection
Another outlet for my research and ideas are my presentations to practitioner and academic audiences. The presentations section contains a variety of conference and group presentations (slides) focused on leadership, design, sustainability, performance excellence, and research. While some of the presentations may require additional context and details to understand fully; hopefully, you will find some of them useful. | Visit the Presentation Collection
Videos on this site are short introductions to topics related to my research and practice. Currently, the videos section features six short videos that describe key findings from my leading transformation research that resulted in the leading transformation to performance excellence (LTPE) framework. | Visit the Video Collection

This section contains downloadable presentations and materials for the portion of an Organization Behavior and Design course that I taught as a visiting professor at the University of Trieste in April 2013. This seminar series is a 2013 summary of my research and thinking on the formula – Leading Transformation + Management Design = Sustainable Excellence. | Visit the Trieste Collection
